Your France-Greece tax watch, on an annual package

What the package includes

1. 1.An annual pre-declaration meeting (1h video), typically between March and May, to frame your French declaration before you fill it in.
2. 2.Review of your forms 2042, 2047, 3916, plus 2044 or 2042 C if relevant. You send us the draft, we return an annotated review.
3. 3.Two email questions per year on any France-Greece topic that concerns you (interpreting an ekkatharistiko, changing Greek bank, renovation project, tenant change).
4. 4.Alerts on legal changes that affect you: convention amendments, evolutions of Greek Law 5246, new brackets, French BOFIP instructions. Concise emails along the way.
5. 5.Priority access to schedule a one-off consultation if an urgent question goes beyond the package scope, at a preferential consultation rate.

What is NOT included

To clearly bound expectations and keep the package accessible:

• ·Actual filing of declarations signed by a certified accountant. If you need a professional signature, we refer to a partner firm.
• ·Buy-side or sell-side property accompaniment (separate services, see dedicated pages).
• ·Representation before French or Greek tax administration (lawyer's or registered accountant's role).
• ·Questions outside the France-Greece scope (taxation of a French property, purely French estate, etc.).
• ·Unlimited email questions. Two questions included, beyond that we offer one-off consultations at a preferential rate.
