Payout
If the mandate is signed within 6 months and active for 12 months, you receive 15% of our Y1 commission, capped at €1,200. Single payout at month 12.

Who can be a referrer?
Anyone. A real estate agency, a lawyer, a notary, an accountant, a wealth advisor, a local merchant, a neighbour, a Kairos client referring a friend. Programme and reward are identical for all profiles.
Why a month-12 payout and not at signature?
Kairos only pays from cash actually received on the mandate. You're paid when we get paid. That's what makes the programme sustainable without touching our cash flow.
What if the owner is already known to Kairos?
We let you know within 48 hours, and the case does not give rise to any payment. That's why the anonymised verification comes first: so you don't waste time on a case already in progress.
Geographic zone?
Lasithi (Ierapetra, Sitia, Agios Nikolaos, Elounda, Makrigialos) and the southern coast of Heraklion regional unit (Keratokampos, Tsoutsouras, Arvi). Properties outside the zone do not qualify.
Minimum rental income?
Estimated €18,000/year. Below this threshold a mandate is not viable for Kairos.
How am I paid?
SEPA transfer, Stripe, or any agreed method. If you invoice as a B2B (self-employed, company), you issue an invoice for a referral service. Otherwise, you sign a simple receipt. Above €1,200 cumulative in the same calendar year, an invoice becomes mandatory.
Do I need to sign a contract?
Yes, a 1-page agreement (sent at the first effective introduction) formalising the reward and transparency. Non-exclusive, terminable at any time, French law.
