My journey
Why Crete
Before Crete, I worked for several years in team management and client relations. Management, numbers, optimization: that's been my daily work for years. But I also had this deep desire to combine performance with quality of life. When I discovered eastern Crete, it was love at first sight.
What struck me was the potential. Eastern Crete was in full transformation: developing infrastructure, growing tourism, prices still very accessible. I took the time to analyze yields, trends, and the market. The numbers spoke for themselves: the window of opportunity was there.
Kairos was born from that conviction. First by helping friends and family invest here, then by building a turnkey support service. I also rely on modern technology tools to deliver precise reporting and optimal responsiveness. My management experience, my tools and my presence on the ground: that's the combination I put at your service.
