I am based in Crete and operate directly on the ground. Decisions are taken locally, with a constant focus on efficiency and results.

Before founding Kairos, I worked as a Sales Director. This background shaped my standards. Clear management, cost control and operational efficiency are non-negotiable. Every decision is made with profitability in mind, without compromising quality. My approach is simple. High standards in cleaning and operations create better guest experiences.
